And if you prefer to fill in the forms during your visit, no problem. We just ask that you please arrive 10-15 before your appointment.

We are located at 81 St. Clair Avenue East in the same building as the Sobeys grocery store. We are easily accessible via TTC (St. Clair Station), there is underground parking, as well as Green P Parking lots on Pleasant Blvd.
